Donation requests should be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event to ensure they are processed in time.
***Submission of the donation request form and/or formal donation request letter does not guarantee a donation will be provided. As we receive a large volume of donation requests, each request is evaluated and donations are determined on a case-by-case basis.***
